ZillowVERIFIEDDavid is horrible. I have all my things packed in boxes as I was supposed to move in per the lease agreement however her suddenly stops responding to all communication. Ive never met a lot unprofessional agent in my life. How can someone like this continue to be in the industry beats me.

ZillowVERIFIEDI have been trying to reach out to David for the past few days regarding one of his rental listings on Zillow, he is not responding to Zillow requests, phone calls and VMs, after sending text asking for viewing all I got from him is ?no can?t do today?, I have asked for alternate times to schedule a viewing and still no response. I would not suggest David for listings rental properties.

David identified type of places I was looking for and would send his recommendations for some potential deals. He joined me on all the visits and would provide his feedback on things he liked and what he didnt like. He guided me through the home purchase process. David was extremely patient even when I changed my mind of what I was looking for through the process. We bid on a few houses and David was extremely good at providing detailed overview of the property and what our ideal bid should be. I still remember him advising me not to bid higher for one of the properties since a few other bids were far away from the market price. Once just before putting a bid he found about a new project approval in front of a property due to which its price could go down and advised me not to bid. I wouldnt have expected these from others and Im really thankful to him. David is extremely knowledgeable, is amazing to work with and has utmost integrity which is very important while youre making one of the biggest decisions of your life. He also connected me to the lender who helped me close the loan. During the closing process, David guided me through the process and made sure we were meeting the timelines. Even after closing the loan he has been connecting me to contractors to get work done in the house. He goes above and beyond what is expected from him especially after closing the deal. This has really made my life much easier. He has been an amazing advisor through the tedious process of buying a house. His vast knowledge about the area, his focus on always doing good for the client and ability to stay patient played a critical role in helping me find a house I really love. Would like to thank him and would strongly refer him to all friends who are looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIEDWeve lived in Sonoma County now for 10 years but our roots are in Potrero Hill. 5 stars across the board seems somehow very unlikely. Like maybe we just like David and wanna help him out. Okay. Thats true. We do like David. We met him on the front steps of a house that was listed for sale. David was showing the house to someone else and we were definitely trespassing. David was gracious and kind. Offered to help us another time when he was finished with his client and left us with his business card. That was in 2011. For the next 7 years David cheerfully tolerated our incredibly meticulous search for the perfect home. As our needs changed over the years David seamlessly changed with them. He listened to our needs and worked tirelessly to find us exactly what we wanted and needed. When we finally identified the property, after years of searching and dozens of viewings, we leapt at the opportunity. David very wisely reigned us in and helped us through the process of bidding for and negotiating a fair price for our home. His foresight and guidance through this process was instrumental. Ive bought and sold homes before, some without the help of a realtor. I will admit there is no way we could have managed this without his council and guidance. Hes a gem.
