I have sold two properties with David as my agent. David is very knowledgeable in the RE business. and gave me great advice on what to do to prepare the properties for a quick sale at a good price. I recommended him to two friends looking to relocate for their retirement, but both chose other agents because they were family friends. That sounds nice, but having an agent that knows how to prepare a property for sale and bring in agents with serious buyers got my sales done much faster with less hassle. David is even keeled and easy to talk to about your concerns. He is very results focused. Since I have moved out of state, I have bought a home, and two rentals. I can see how not all agents are as skilled in the business as others. Since the commission you pay any agent is about the same, I believe getting one that really know their stuff is a bargain. I would recommend David to anyone that wants great RE representation.
