On our first visit with him to Poughkeepsie, we saw several houses, but did not quite find what we were seeking. David listened attentively as as we explained what we liked and didn't like about each property. He then went back to his office and did some additional research. Within a few minutes, he sent us listings for two more properties. One of them met the exact criteria we were seeking.
