My name is David Moe and I have been a Realtor in Minnesota for over 29 years. I have sold over 1000 homes totaling over $170,000,000. I have the "old-school" work ethic and know-how but have adapted to technology very well. I am very responsive to my clients and any inquiries on my listings. My style is not full of a lot of fluff. I will tell you what works and what doesn't and be extremely honest with you. I am very knowledgeable and ethical and I won't waste your time or money. If you are selling a home I actually give you the choice of commission that you'd like to pay based on the marketing activities performed. I tend to actually charge less because most of my marketing is Internet-based and more effective. If you are buying a home, you don't pay the real estate commission to me. This commission comes from the listing Realtor and seller on the home you ultimately buy. Having a professional guide you through this process and avoid the common pitfalls is very important. Trying to do this on your own will cost you time, money and maybe even heartache. You might also notice that when you search on the public sites that many of the homes that appear to be for sale are really already sold "subject to..." something like an inspection or short sale approval. I have direct access to the actual MLS and can send you listings right when they hit the market and get you access to all of the homes that are truly for sale. You won't waste your time chasing a bunch of houses that simply are not fully for sale anymore. I am comfortable in the entire metro area. I have many urban sales, suburban sales and condo/townhome sales. I have been doing this for over a quarter of a century!! I have seen it all.
