David was not pushy and was considerate of the distance we had to travel to see houses so tried to accommodate us by doing FaceTime walk-throughs. He shared a common goal of staying within our price range. After finalizing the deal, he was good about sharing information regarding utilities and other necessary services. He even tried to help us with proper pronunciations of local names so we wouldnt appear to be outsiders. We found him to be very personable.
