You would work with a Real Estate attorney locally. If part of an estate, you may need a Probate attorney first
It would likely depend if it is on land, or in a park.
I would speak with a local Lender, they can often tell you which way would be more beneficial. And as the other answer indicates, there may be some things to consider.
You should be able to google Real Estate Appraisers for your Town or County to do one.
I would drive by and look for a sign or phone number to contact to help you out and provide some answers
Contact a Probate or Real Estate Attorney to see if they can help, and what documentation they may need.
