I really don't like dealing with realtors. Their incentives aren't aligned with the buyer and seller, and they often don't have a good business sense.Jeff is one of the exceptions. Jeff is hard-working, honest, and has many good insights. Additionally, he is willing to roll up his sleeves and do things that other realtors might not do (like get a remote control programmed so that the new buyer is happy, or help clean up the house to make sure it shows well). He helped us buy and sell 2 expensive properties, and I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
