Dave was great to work with in selling our family home in Cordillera. We had a big job to ready the house for sale. But we live in Kentucky, and our Colorado home needed some loving attention before sale. Dave knew all the vendors for maintenance and a few repairs. We took care of all the personal items, and Dave and Margaux took care of the rest. After listing the house, Dave was in contact with me after every showing. And once we found a buyer, Dave helped us with ideas for all the belongings that needed a new home.I loved Cordillera and the many years we called it our Western home.
