Dave did an excellent job in assisting us purchase a house. He was knowledgeable of the area where we had been searching for a house and worked diligently to set up the showings that we requested in a timely manner. I purchased my first home with Dave's assistance. I had no idea what I was doing, what to look for, etc. Dave had my back the entire time. He was there for me whenever I needed his help (which was quite often!) Even when I was having trouble with navigating through the lending process with the big banks, Dave assisted with finding a broker who made the process painless. When I buy or sell another property, Dave will be the first person I call- I look forward to working with him again!
