DAVID'S BIO David began his career in real estate at age 19 (that's over 33 years ago) and has been a lifelong East Bay Area resident, including 50+ years in Castro Valley. As the Broker/Owner of Intero Real Estate Services in Castro Valley, David believes in giving back to the community through contributions and volunteer work. He was born, raised and currently resides in Castro Valley. Matt graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After college, Matt returned to Castro Valley excited about starting his own career in real estate. Matt's dad, Dave, is a Broker with more than 35 years of experience in real estate. Since 2007, Matt has committed to serving the needs of buyers and sellers throughout the East Bay. His approach to real estate is unique in that he prides himself on providing his clients with thorough, thoughtful and personal customer service to ensure the buying and selling process is smooth. He also loves to cook and has developed a real talent for Kansas City-style smoked ribs and pulled pork.
