David is awesome! He helped us navigate a tricky market with an unusual type of passive house. He was hands on in every aspect the process. From rallying the neighbors to resurface the decaying cul de sac for better access to our property, to landscaping and handcwatering fresh sod for our yard because we now live in another state and were unable to do so ourselves. All negotiations were handled seemlessly with the highest level of professionalism. He listened to all of our concerns and incorporated them into his sales plan. David has a fantastic team that managed to take the stress out of our transaction. I highly recommend David and his team, and would definitely use them again given the opportunity. 5 star service all the way!

Sarah is an amazing agent, hands down highly recommended to anyone, first time buyer/seller or return buyer/seller. She was very meticulous with all the fine details, extremely responsive, very knowledgeable about the area and process, super personable, very good at negotiating, communicates information in a very digestible and no-nonsense way.
