1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure that you get pre-qualified so you know what kind of buying power you have and what your payments will be. Do not use any credit cards or loan accounts as this could hurt you. Be picky, remember, you are going to live there not us.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Keep your house looking sharp, vacuum, mow your lawn, trim trees, make sure the bathrooms are wiped down and the beds are made every day. Always be ready for a showing as you never know when they are going to ask. Never say no to a showing as that person you say no to could be your buyer!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
New Home and first time homebuyers, Listing, Buyers, Investors, Wholesalers, flippers, etc.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I just sold a house in 3 days for 103% of the listed price. You really can't beat that!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was buying a lot of houses to keep and rent and my agent at the time told me to get my license and keep my money. The rest was history.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have taken numerous upon numerous of continuing education, sales courses, negotiation courses, How to run your business, etc, etc.
