David was a huge help for me as a first time buyer. His hands-on approach and constant communication made the whole process seem less daunting. He is very personable and handles everything behind the scenes. He has a terrific working relationship with some local lenders that really made the process of getting approved for a loan a lot easier. He worked at all hours of the day for us, answering questions and going back and forth with other parties to ensure we were not going into anything blind.
