About David Land

Starting out at Real Estate Incorporated I was working part-time and "learning the ropes." During this time I gained experience in today's market, learned listings and marketing techniques, helped buyers find their dream property and all the other ends and outs of being a Realtor. Growing up in the upstate, I obtained a wealth of local knowledge of the community, surrounding areas, schools, and the lake. As a full-time agent with Buy Keowee Real Estate, I can now use all of the experience and knowledge to help buyers and sellers with all real estate needs in this ever-changing market. Through many different business experiences, I have learned a great deal about how to be successful. In my opinion, the two most important things I have learned are to always treat people right and be a man of your word. My goal is to provide my clients the smoothest experience possible in the often stressful real estate transactions. Great knowledge and customer service. Goes the extra mile for his clients. 1st class all the way. We are out of state when we bought and David's ability to find properties based on what we wanted was perfect.
