David Ladner

David Ladner has been in the business for 13 years and has been the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Harmony since June 2020. After being in the business for 7 years and consistently breaking records on a regional and national level for RE/MAX, David decided to take the giant leap to become a Broker/Owner of his own RE/MAX franchise in the Greater Boston / North Shore area. The name, RE/MAX Harmony is representative of the way David and his team seamlessly practice proactive communication and best practices in order to consistently help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner. David had been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services for his first 7 years in the business. Since 2015, David has repeatedly reached RE/MAX Platinum Sales and in 2018 he helped 38 families achieve their goals, which earned him national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He was awarded the prestigious Chairman's Club Award in 2018, 2019, and 2020, the Titan Club Team Award in 2021, and the Diamond Club Team Award in 2022. He was named to REAL Trends* "America's Best" list in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 ranking him among the top 1.5% of the 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States of America. Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income. He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate.
