David Kahler is the Owner Broker of Keller Williams Realty Black Hills (KWBH), co-owner of Kahler Property Management, and the team leader of The Kahler Team. David became a REALTOR® in 1976 when he joined the family business. Since then he has become a known expert in his field. He holds three of the industry's highest, and most sought after professional designations. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). David is a native of Rapid City, and knows the area personally and professionally. He is a member of many professional and civic organizations, which help him give back to the community where he lives and works. He has helped thousands of families buy or sell real estate in our area. Many of his clients have become close friends. Jeremy and his team were awesome in helping me sell my aunt's home! My situation involved an estate sale and the unique challenge of preparing and selling a property from 600 miles away. Jeremy and his team were very attentive and provided valuable services like coordinating contractors, negotiating contingencies, and helping make key home improvement decisions to maximize the sale price of the property.
