Matt was amazing when we decided to sell our house in Savannah. His help was outstanding when deciding a price point that aligned with our timeframe. Also, Matt did a remarkable job coordinating pictures of our house. He made videos marketing the house on social media platforms, which really showed me that he was putting in a lot of effort to sell our home. So I don't know exactly how it happened somehow I was in the Savannah area and my wife started looking at the houses on Zillow where I was. We found a perfect house. Literally two hours later I was in the house with Jen Ford. Three days later we made an offer. A little bit of haggling. And then they accepted. Time went by. We were not able to sell our house on the timeline preferred by the sellers. Sadly, we lost the house. Jen was not going to let this be the end of the story for my family. She used her vast resources and impeccable reputation and she was able to find us a very similar house that was not even for sale. 30 days later, after selling our house up north, I was so happy to see Jennifer at the closing table. We got it done. If it was not for Jennifer, we would probably still be living up north, heartbroken about that house that we lost. But Jennifer made it happen. I will tell you that she's the best because she is. Give her a chance and she will make you realize you've made a great choice.
