ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time homebuyer the process is very intimidating. You dont know the language, so to speak. Caitlyn made it super easy and helped me through every step of the process. She even helped me find a mortgage company that was easy to work with. She listened to what I was looking for and she found *that* home for meaEUR|the place where I was in the kitchen when I told her I wanted to put an offer down. After that, I was awake with her via text/call till like 11pm back and forth going back and forth with bids. She was willing to go all night in a bidding war to get me the place. More energy than meaEUR|I specifically remember the day we were ready to go sign. I met her at the house and she handed me at the house and handed me keys and said aEURoeI guess these are yours!aEUR? and we did a walk around. It was a great feeling. She stayed around till the end of the end of the paperwork process, and while most people felt that might be it, not with Caitlyn! Ive lived in my home for a little over a year now and she still checks in and sees how things are. I had a minor issue with my roof and its as if she took it personally and she took deep concern into the issue even though her job was technically way past done. She recommended a contractor, regularly checked on how the process was going and made sure things were going smoothly. If you bring ANYONE on your team in the buying process, make sure its her!!
