I work for you when it comes to Real Estate. I was born and raised in Brigantine NJ. I worked for Sysco Foods and transferred to the Sarasota Florida area with my future wife who also works for Sysco this was 1996. I lived in Florida with my wife and 3 daughters and over time we added 3 dogs to the family. The year 2019 was the year that presented a opportunity for my wife and family to move back to Jersey and we did that in July of 2019. I then was thinking I always wanted to get into real estate and this was the perfect time to do so.I have bought and sold homes and each time I was not happy with the service from the realtor. I decided being in sales and being successful this was a opportunity for me to grow and help people avoid what happened to me. I put the customer first, I will make the real estate process as pain free as possible. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
You must look at any home twice as impulse buying is not good. You have to remember you will be living in the home for years. Realize that new homes come on the market daily.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The single most important thing is cosmetic fixes and scale back personal things in the house. The proper marketing and pricing will get a buyer faster. We provide a complete free consultation.

The clients you work with you need to provide a simple checklist of things to do in a order that there is no miscommunication.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I did start in Real Estate based of many transactions I had with realtors and really only had one agent that was a worker. The others I had to push to get the info needed. A home purchase is a large transaction and you need to give all the vital information to your client in a timely matter.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
BPO which is Broker Price Opinion. This allows me to fully do a proper CMA on the properties they are looking to sell or buy. The numbers don’t lie and you can get more money on the sell side with great staging.
