Working with Dave was a very pleasant experience. We spent a day and a half with him looking at homes, most of which were very close to what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the communities we visited. The last house we saw was just about perfect and Dave helped us navigate through the purchasing process. He kept in constant contact with us. He either answered our calls to him by the second ring or returned the calls immediately. Because of his expertise, we were able to look at homes, make an offer and close in 2 weeks.
