Dave is exactly what you want in a realtor. His knowledge of the process, responsiveness and persistence made our homebuying experience enjoyable. His thorough preparation made each home we viewed an informative time in which he would patiently walk us through every important detail of the property. This stood true even for some homes he knew there was a very VERY low chance of us putting an offer on. When it came to finally purchasing, Dave advised us to include several contingencies in our offer given the fact that the home had been unoccupied for a period of time. Thanks to this foresight, we had cash on hand to be able to take care of some of these issues. David was so helpful throughout the entire process, he has helped my husband, and I buy our home and sell our previous homes. He helped us paint our garage in the middle of a freezing February, plowed the driveway, and was there with suggestions and names of quality workers in the area that could assist.
