David was a pleasure to work with. We sold our house in North Kingstown and bought a house in Providence. Buying and selling at the same time is complicated but David kept us on track and up to date with everything that was going on. He worked really hard to get us a fair price for our existing home and to get us the best price for our new home as well. He answered our many, many questions and was very available during the process. He even volunteered to talk to the neighbors before the closing date about a fence that we were planning to put in to make sure it went smoothly. He really goes above and beyond for his clients. Finding and buying our house with David as our agent was really the coolest thing, even in an overheated market. Wed rented in Providence for a couple of years and had a few ideas about our first house; David gave us a Grand Tour aEUR" east, west, north, and south aEUR" and helped us develop a more rounded sense of where and how we wanted to live. He bantered with the selling agents, many of them his friends, and was a reliable font of knowledge about neighborhood histories, building styles, and the mysteries of heating systems. Conversation was always a relaxed pleasure, even while shepherding us through bidding war strategy. Hearing a little about his life and of his history as a RISD trained artist, as we viewed house after house, was a refreshing reminder that this would be more than a transaction. David is not in any way a clichA(C) of an estate agent and even manages to make you feel that those are few and far between. He makes you believe that youre simply embarking on adventure in search of good space for living. And in the end it worked wonderfully!
