He dug out several pocket listings which allowed us to purchase a property at a fair price in the area with a very limited inventory. As a buyer out of town he provided service that goes above and beyond any standards. Not only he made sure that our closing goes smooth without us being present but he also arranged carpet installation so everything is ready for when we are ready to move in. Strongly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIEDDavid helped us buy our Sonoma home last year, and advised us (former) city slickers through a couple of the finer points of buying a country home, helping secure a pool inspection (which revealed some issues which the seller paid for) and some necessary well-head upgrades. Through David's well contact, we found our landscaper, who is now our main guy. The home came with a beautiful garden as well as some not-yet-landscaped land, which is now beautifully landscaped, thanks to that connection. David also helped us chase down the seller after the sale to get a few things that we later realized she forgot to leave behind. Overall, it was an excellent experience, couldn't recommend David more highly. He also knows a ton about the local markets in Sonoma County.
