Having personally witnessed their integrity and knowledge of the business, I did not hesitate to ask them to assist me in my new home search. He, Rebecca, and their team are a breath of fresh air compared to the Realtors I have used in the past. Should I ever need a realtor in the future, I will definitely hire them again!

Wowza! David and Rebecca were absolutely amazing helping us with our home purchase! They were so patient allowing us to look at a TON of homes to find the right one and then they were right by our side as we all navigated super stressful closing delays caused by factors out of all of our control but still very challenging! Christine and I were completely satisfied with Long and agent David Guthrie and his staff and with the entire process of selling our Tucson home. The photographer took incredible images emphasizing the attributes of our home. Our situation was unique as Christine was diagnosed with early breast cancer at the onset of our listing. Because of this situation, the two of us and David chose to slow the process as much as possible to complete the medical procedures prior to having to vacate. As it turned out, the offer came in just after that last radiation treatment which we, and David, mainly attribute to Providential intervention.
