David is VERY knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home, and he will always find the most simple, straightforward and easy way to get whatever you need done accomplished, it's insanely smooth and simple as long as you do what he says! He is very professional, was very prompt about about getting back to me every time, and was very communicative! Always made sure I knew what was happening when it was happening and would be willing to explain everything I had questions about for the house! He also made getting the house inspected very easy. Had everyone come same time, same day so I could wander around and ask people questions, and if you've ever worked jobs like the inspector guys have before, you could tell he only works with the best, most knowledgeable people around and that he takes pride in making sure you as a Homebuyer are having the best experience possible. Definitely by far the best home Buying experience I've had ever and will have David help me every time from here on
