I believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to me. I'm actively involved in my local church, where I support various outreach programs and community events. I also take pride in helping neighborhoods thrive--whether that's through real estate, volunteering, or simply being a resource for those in need. From supporting local businesses to participating in charity events and community cleanups, I'm always looking for ways to make a positive impact.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

Outside of real estate, I stay busy with the things I love. I'm an avid golfer, and I take pride in keeping my five cars spotless--I enjoy car detailing almost as much as driving them. I love to cook and am always on the hunt for new restaurants to try in the area. When I'm not working, you'll find me watching sports with my kids, especially my two oldest boys, who are also in real estate. I'm always looking to grow, so I spend a lot of time reading business and Christian non-fiction books. Last June, I had the opportunity to travel to Hawaii, and I'm always looking forward to the next adventure.

FAMILY

I'm a dedicated family man, living with my wife and our six children--no Brady Bunch here! My two oldest boys have followed me into real estate, and my oldest daughter is pursuing a career in architecture. Family is everything to me, and I love spending time with them, whether it's watching sports, cooking together, or just enjoying life.

Cannot say enough about David Godin and his team. I live in New Jersey and had a rental property in Harper Woods, MI. David made me feel comfortable for start to finish with a lengthy transaction. During the time I decided to sell until closing date there were many obstacles mainly around getting tenants out of house. David was patient during wait and offered guidance along the way. Once tenants were out of house, there was a lot of work that needed to be done to get the house ready for sale, David has his own people that did above quality work at a very affordable price. I never had to travel to location, David made me feel extremely comfortable every step of the way. David and his team sent me photos and videos of repairs and clean up to help assure everything was being taking care of. Once listed I had 2 very attractive offers including a full cash offer in the first week along with 7 showings. I only had the house on the market for one week, thats all it took. David was fantastic. A professional from beginning to end. We searched for a realtor to help my mom sell her house, and he had excellent reviews. We called and he picked up immediately and set a time to meet. He was always open and upfront, answering all questions and explaining his game plan, which included price strategy and media campaign. He gave us time to clear out the house, and once that was done he took right over handling everything. We had tons of showings right away, and he would quickly evaluate the offers and present us with his assessments and way forward. Within three days we had a great offer 12% above asking. Closing went smoothly including escrow and final bills. He was such a pleasure to work with and you knew you were in good hands the whole time. Can't thank him enough!
