David also advocated for us with the seller in our buying process and really took the extra time to answer all the little questions we had. WOW! After working with David. I am at a loss for words.As a person, he's already amazing but as a realtor that represented us as Buyers, he's exceptional. So professional and so efficient.He has insane knowledge of the area and of this industry. When we first met, he asked on a verbal deal (I bet it would have been handshake but since we're in a pandemic, that wasn't possible) that the only thing he asked of us was that if he gives us his time, we give him ours.What's also amazing is that with each house we went to see, he brings up great points in regards to the functionality and things to consider. When it came to putting down offers. He always went through the disclosures with us and made sure we understood all aspects of what they said and what would be a competitive offer.He respected our wishes but also made sure to think on what can get us our dream home. My partner and I had a wonderful experience with David as our realtor. This was our first home and we were able find one that fit all of our requirements while staying within our price range. David played a huge role in that and he made sure we didnt settle for anything less. He was also very responsive and took the time to explain in detail any questions that came up. I cant recommend David Giambruno enough. My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and we were definitely getting stressed out. David came along and told us "You don't need to worry until I tell you to worry." From that point on it was smooth sailing. David's easy going personality made it fun to work with him. His energy was contagious and really kept us excited through the entire process. He's super knowledgeable, was able to answer every question we had, and explained everything in a manner we understood. He always responded to our texts, calls, or emails in a timely manner. One of the biggest draws for us was that hes a Bay Area native, which as locals ourselves, we could appreciate his insight and views of our wants and needs. All of this combined into making us feel comfortable, we cant imagine working with anyone else for our housing needs!
