He is highly responsive, I once sent him a question while he was on vacation in Europe expecting to get a response when he returned to the U.S but instead he got back to me within minutes. He was able to talk down the sales price of our 4 bed 2 bath by $20k. He also helped us plan how we should set up our new home to get the best rate of return when we house hack it. Hes kept in contact after we purchased our house just to see how we are doing and to introduce us to people who are in a similar situation as us.
