With 30 years experience in marketing, sales, and high-level VIP customer service, I bring unsurpassed professionalism, integrity, and passion to helping my clients buy and sell homes. I love what I do, whether it involves buying a simple entry level home, or marketing one of the magnificent ultra-luxury homes in the area. 2018 "Realtor of the Year": I was named "Realtor of the Year" by the Scottsdale Association of Realtors, an extraordinary honor. This award came in recognition of my volunteer roles in leading the Realtors of Arizona Political Action Committee, which raises funds from realtors to support political candidates that support homeowners and small businesses.

One of my many services is to create highly-tailored custom searches for each of my Buyer clients, so that they can easily look at all of the best homes - by their definition -- on their computer. 5 Stars all the way! David sold our home and we together set out to find the perfect second home for us. Right about that time, the market went "crazy" with multiple offers and bidding wars, in the areas we were interested in. Being that we were out of state for most of this time, David very professionally guided us through this experience, always reminding us that there WILL be another house. He was very empathic to our family's situation as we demonstrated by the Open House process (one 3-day week-end), thereby limiting disruption to our routine. My wife and I were looking to purchase a Condo for investment purposes in the Scottsdale area. We reached out to David in June of 2021 from a recommendation of someone in the area.
