We sold and then bought our homes while sitting on the beach in South America. Maria and Dave listed and staged our home while we were going on vacation. To our surprise our home received mutiple attractve offers within the first 24 hours, and this was before the realtors tour or an Open House. We cannot Thank Team Clutts enough!! They helped us find our dream home in the Green Valley highlands quickly, and guided us through an extremely fast (but smooth!) Buy/Sell process. We really appreciated their extensive knowledge, professionalism, and positive solution-finding attitudes throughout.With their help, we managed to get through all the steps and even some surprise hurdles that arose. We had a pretty tight timeline to work within, once we put in our offer to purchase - we had only 17 days to sell our house in order to come up with the down payment for the new house.
