We sold and then bought our homes while sitting on the beach in South America. Maria and Dave listed and staged our home while we were going on vacation. To our surprise our home received mutiple attractve offers within the first 24 hours, and this was before the realtors tour or an Open House. Maria and Dave readily provided their professionl insights and recommendations as we explored the pros and cons of each offer. They prepared our counter offer to each of the offers. They then walked us through each of the updated offers.We ultimately accepted an offer. They worked with us to insure we cleary understood the acceptance process and the upcoming processes.Now, having sold our home, we needed to buy another. They sent us a variety of listings. In addition Maria personally visited several of the listings.
