I couldn't recommend David any more than I am he is absolutely flawless. He was on time, polite, and amazingly vigilant. David is a 6/5 realtor and won't sleep till you are in a home you love. I owe 99% of my findings to David and his wicked fast team. If you go with David you can't go wrong! We looked at over 30 houses and he was never late and was always prepared to show us the good of a house and never shy away from tye bad of a house. He saved us one 2 different occasions from getting houses we would be unhappy with but in our star struck eyes we couldn't see past what the house could be. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I first received the recommendation to go with David Cisneros and the Duley Group. I am so glad I did. I have experienced other real estate agents that seem to either lack patience, don't want to put in the time that it takes, don't make you a priority, or seem to be in it just for the money. David Cisneros was just the opposite. He was extremely patient. He made us feel like we were his only customer. He made us his priority and I know for a fact that he is definitely not in it solely for the money. From the very beginning, David was on top of it. My husband and I first got in touch with him before we moved out to NWA and David was always in touch, sending us properties we might like, offering to visit them for us with FaceTime, and was always just a phone call away. Most other real estate agents Id been in touch with were really passive, counting on me to do most of the searching and contact them when I wanted to write an offer, but not David. He was always in touch with me to see how I was doing and if I needed anything from him at the time. When we made it out to NWA the real search began and we went to look at several properties. When we found the house we fell in love with, the journey began. Buying a house during the pandemic (2020) was a whirlwind let me tell you. But there was nothing that David couldnt handle. He also had several contacts to recommend when more specified things came up (ie. roof inspectors, lenders, etc.) and since we were not from the area this was very helpful. Up until the day of closing, David went above and beyond to get us the house. Were so thankful to have had David by our side throughout our first home buying process. Would 100% recommend!
