READ YOUR CONTRACTS! I'm selling my house and david chinn jr keeps sending me contracts with typos and blanks. He has a formal complaint over contract issues from August 2023 requiring continued real estate education. It's incredibly unprofessional and questions his competency in real estate transactions. If you find yourself in a transaction with him, make sure you thoroughly read your contract because he is not. I've had to send back contracts 3 times already due to his negligence. These errors can cancel a contract and/or delay closing to remedy the issues after a contract is signed.
