I was looking at all other avenues to sell my house and trust me I had a good case for why I wanted to go the way I wanted to go, BUT you can never see the future before you when you try to sell a house and we hit some major roadblocks where most would have said, "forget it Tina, let's do it again" and "again" and "again" but our Buyers Lender was NOT living by the work ethics that David and I have and there comes a time when you have to work with a sense of urgency - and beat down doors to make people jump- but not by jumping in anger but having someone in your corner who is willing to fight till the bitter end for people.
