My wife and I bought our first home in October of 2017 with David's help. Now in April of 2021 we have sold our home, again with his assistance, as we transition into a new one that is a better fit for our family. We couldn't be more satisfied with everything he did for us. David went out of his way to ensure that our home was well-prepared to sell. He patiently walked us through each step of the process, and helped make would could be a very stressful situation become one that was smooth and comfortable. David was amazing!!! he is a great broker. I am a complicated buyer and had many different ideas on what the ideal home would be for me. However, he manage to show me different properties and figured out what i liked and what i was looking for. He was also very patient and worked with my busy schedule. I do have to emphasized that once it came down to negotiation, he's negotiation skills are amazing. he was able to lower the final pricing based on the home inspection. if you are looking for a home by all means he is your man!

I don't think we would have our new home today if David was not our realtor. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted and a limited budget to work with. No matter how hard things got he always found a way to fix it and his patience was incredible. David is now our forever realtor.

If I sell my home, will my boyfriend receive part of the sale?

Hi Eileen, assuming the quitclaim deed was properly filed with the county you live in you should be ok. The title/escrow company will most likely need to get in contact with your boyfriend to sign an authorization to obtain a payoff from the lender so just be aware of that.

Should I do a home inspection?

I always recommend that a buyer do a home inspection or obtain a recent one that is provided by the seller. The sellers are suppose to provide other seller disclosures that could protentional highlight other issues that may not be noted in a home inspection After reviewing the home inspections and seller disclosures you may chose to do additional inspections to dig deeper into any issues that concern you.
