Danielle was great! She was very professional, and guided my wife and I through the entire process. It was our first time purchasing a house and I thought she made the process extremely easy. She communicated with us regularly throughout the process and made things very easy for us to understand, and answered any questions we had quickly and accurately. This guy is the worst agent ever, from lying about a cash off on my home to lying about meetings with supposed cash buyers and attorneys to string us along. Fraudulent contracts that stated cash received for the purchase of our home to include lying about earnest money. Had to meet with his broker and agency, face to face to get a settlement due to Davids incompetence. Do not use this guy as he is the most dishonest person on the face of the planet.
