We interviewed a number of prospective realtors to list our home and David and his wife, Dara, had by far the most comprehensive plan to get us top dollar for our home. Dara did a beautiful job staging our home and David was on top of our sales process throughout. David also made sure we knew what to expect from every step of the transaction so we had no surprises. My husband and I could not be happier with the experience of selling our house, being represented by David and Dara Bowers. Our house in Menifee was our first home, and so we had never experienced selling a house before this. Let me tell you that the process could not have been smoother with David and Dara masterfully guiding us through it. When we first met them, they presented us with carefully-researched information about our house and the demographics of our area so that we could understand our position in the market, as well as they provided us with beautifully organized resources detailing what to expect through the course of preparing and completing the sale of our house. We were so impressed with their professionalism, organization, communication, and genuine warmth and congeniality, which of course were the skills and strengths that they provided throughout the entire transaction.Preparing the house for sale was a lot of physical work, but the enormous amount of work required in marketing and posting the house for sale, on top of the amount of paperwork required that I will thankfully never have to know about, was expertly handled by David and Dara. Dara has such beautiful skills in interior design and masterfully staged our house, showing off the house s potential that I never knew it had. Then came the appointment showings that I thought I would dread. Moving from place to place as a child, I knew the amount of pressure and stress was involved to maintain a perfectly clean and well-kept house. I really did not want to have to continue to keep the house spotless and make it look like we weren t living in it for too long, but I was prepared to do it. Thankfully due to the expertise of David and Dara, we put the house on the market, showed the house that weekend, had over 20 offers, most well above the listing price, and accepted an offer on the house all before 7 days were over. It was simply amazing.I don t want to say we did not encounter any hiccups along the way. As anybody would know, I assume, buying and selling a house involves many moving parts. I say that to emphasize Dara and David s skill in handling these hiccups seamlessly, as my husband and I did not lift a finger to handle them, and just had heard that the issue existed and was resolved. In the end, we came out with more money on the sale of the house than we expected, we always felt we knew what was going on through prompt and thorough communication, and we know that we gained friends that also conveniently have real estate knowledge and expertise that we trust. We are so grateful for David and Dara and highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
