David was exceedingly helpful in assisting us in the purchase of our house. He was prompt with replies to our questions, and he was knowledgeable about aspects of the houses we looked at, and the market in Louisville. He also listened to us when we told him what we were interested in and what neighborhoods we preferred. (Previous realtors have ignored our suggestions and pushed houses we had no interest in.) He was also instrumental in directing us to a loan officer who arranged for us to secure the loan to purchase the house. In addition, he has recommended a contractor for some work we are doing, and as a result of all of his help, we even hired the moving company he suggested we use. We trust David and really value all of his expert advice throughout the entire process. He was a great realtor for us.

David answered our inquiries about a home on Zillow and we were so incredibly lucky to be matched with him. He showed us homes on 2 separate occasions and even secured a second look at a home for us last minute (we live in Lexington and so had limited time to come to Louisville). When we did decide on our home, he gave excellent guidance with regards to making an offer and negotiating. He guided us through the contract process easily (he has a legal background as well). He was with us every step of the way buying this homeaEUR"he was there to meet every inspector, appraiser, pool inspector, etc even when we couldnt make it from out of town. He was even kind enough to help us get service people in for quotes for work we wanted to schedule in advance for immediately after closing. We plan to be in this home forever, but I would not work with any other realtor if we ever do need to sell this home or buy another. Will be recommending him to anyone we know buying or selling.

David is exactly the agent you want working for you! Incredibly patient, responsive at all hours of the day, David made my homebuying experience so incredibly smooth and problem-free. I'd only gotten nightmare stories from friends who've recently purchased, and when I'd asked them for agent recommendations, I only got middling answers for who they worked with. I found David thru his previous team, and he was quick to respond, professional, signed me up immediately for MLS listings (a HUGE plus, and the initial reason i chose him over other agents). It's a hot market right now, and I was NOT prepared for the speed of the market at first, and David did a great job of level-setting with me, and after some searching, we found a beautiful house. No more than 40 days or so after making my offer, I'm moved in! This wouldn't have been possible without his amazing efforts.
