We signed with The Bediz Group and David Treanor to sell our house after interviewing multiple Realtors. This was our first home and as a couple unfamiliar with the selling process, we thought David Treanor was the right choice for us given his real estate experience in the DMV, his patience and responsiveness in answering our many questions, and his warm, pleasant personality. We made the right choice! David Treanor guided us through the process and we were open to investing some work in the house to ensure it sparkled on listing photo day. David made recommendations on updates we could complete that would help build a larger pool of buyers and we did them with one of his recommended contractors. We never felt pressured to make any repairs or spend money, we were thankful he had contacts that completed the work for us well, on-time and on-budget. We moved out of the area as the house was being readied for market and David Treanor and his team were our eyes and ears at the property. They forwarded mail, oversaw work and ensured the house was ready and listed on schedule. David personally oversaw the photos and the results spoke for themselves, could not be happier with how the listing came out. We received multiple offers and David consulted with us on each, sharing his expertise on the types of offers. We accepted a DC HPAP offer, a program supporting first time home owners. Given the city partnership in the program, a more robust inspection process was implemented and David was our champion throughout this process ensuring inspections were completed in a timely manner. His understanding of local programs and knowing how to keep the ball moving truly shined here. We are tremendously thankful we chose David Treanor to help us sell our first home. We strongly recommend him to any and everyone, you wont be disappointed in the results!

Natasha Dergham was great! She was always available, prompt and professional. We could text her at any time and always had our questions or concerns immediately addressed. She spent months working with us both before being in the area and once we were in a local rental (which she also found for us). I worked with Brock Thompson with the Bediz group during my purchasing of a condo in Columbia Heights in DC. He was very responsive to any request for information, touring, negotiating with the seller, and closing. He was experienced and could know what I liked very quickly and guided me through the several places we saw with efficiency. He also introduced me to a lender that was equally responsive and qualified. Without them, I couldn't imagine closing within two and half weeks. There were a few things that I wasn't sure about the condo I bought but the longer I lived here, the more I feel connected to it so I am glad that Brock nudged me in the right direction. I did negotiate myself for the contract (and Brock was willing to settle for less price cut) but that's because I am somewhat experienced and I liked to be in control. I had a good gut feeling about the market and wasn't willing to give up without a fight. So if you go with Bediz group (or any brokerage), if you are experienced, you should always trust your own reasoning on the negotiation. If you are inexperienced, rest assured that Brock will get you a good deal nonetheless. Overall, I highly recommend Brock and the Bediz group.
