ZillowVERIFIEDI was in the difficult position of inheriting a house in Hershey PA while living in Los Angeles, CA. I needed someone with a tremendous local knowledge who could help me with pricing, showing the home, etc. Furthermore, the house was slightly run down and needed several items repaired. David and his wife Carin were extremely helpful in finding someone to make the repairs, cleaning the house up, and making it more than presentable for sale. And i was very pleased with the final selling price. Lastly, the buyer's title company made some last minute requests that David had to go out of his way to accommodate, but the sale went off without a hitch. Top notch experience and I cannot recommend David and his wife highly enough.
