Angie Rose was the BEST!!! She had extensive knowledge in southern IN area and is very on point professional. We appreciated her sense of urgency in this market she responded to every house wanted to look at. With her response time being so quick that allowed us to put in our offer and still have time to compare other homes. In todays market if you dont have an Angie, you dont stand a chance. We had a few hiccups with my underwriter, and she was able to get with her team to find me the shark who can get it done. Angie went over and beyond to help us keep our closing on track, long story short we had to extend it multiple times due to the first lending company I used and if she wasnt the rock star agent I would have lost my Ernest money and the house. I could give her MORE than 5 stars in a review because I would recommend her to anyone in need of an agent.
