One of the things I really love about working with David is making sure you're aware of the right things when buying a house and what your options are. An example is the house we purchased, the AC/Furnace is at the end of it's life, he gave us an idea of what the average cost of replacing units are, we were ready to have money set aside to have it replaced ASAP. He pointed out that since we have a house warranty for a year, we have the option to wait it out and possibly use the warranty to help replace it if it fails within the year, while we save more cash. David having that knowledge and giving us that reminder helps us make the right decision.
