This was our 2nd time working with David on buying a home. This time around he helped us sell our current home as well. David as our agent is the "calm in the storm" that you need on your side. And he is truly on your team and does what's best for you as the client. He is very knowledgeable of the Greater Columbus market and will help you navigate the craziness of purchasing/selling a home. In that process David does an incredible job communicating with you and in a timely manner, being honest with you, and making sure you know what the next steps are in the process. You can be confident that working with David will relieve you of a lot of stress. One of the things I really love about working with David is making sure you're aware of the right things when buying a house and what your options are. An example is the house we purchased, the AC/Furnace is at the end of it's life, he gave us an idea of what the average cost of replacing units are, we were ready to have money set aside to have it replaced ASAP. He pointed out that since we have a house warranty for a year, we have the option to wait it out and possibly use the warranty to help replace it if it fails within the year, while we save more cash. David having that knowledge and giving us that reminder helps us make the right decision.
