David Aurigemma

I recently sold my home of 25 years at Hunters Run in Dobbs Ferry New York. I interviewed 7 total realtors but David Aurigemma had my interest from the start. He spent quite a lot of time at our first meeting aEUR" he went well beyond the usual comparators and glossy brochures. He was very engaging and upbeat and friendly and even helped with a few small things around the house at our first meeting. I told him I was interviewing other realtors throughout the week and said that I would get back to him. I liked very much that he wasnt pushy. When I called at the end of the week, I told him that I would prefer a different timetable than the one he had initially proposed. He readily accommodated. Everything about the showings, sale, appraisal and closing went very well and smoothly with Davids oversight and efforts. We had about 60 prospective buyers in the first week and although the property went on the market on a Tuesday afternoon, the bids were requested as of noon the following Monday and resulted in quite a good number of excellent offers. David shepherded me through each step of the process, offering upbeat reassurance all along the way. He always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions and concerns readily. As a slightly older, single client, I always felt that David was supportive and respectful. While I am very grateful that the property sold readily and at a very good price through his efforts, the truest benefit from the process for me was being able to work with David.
