This was an awful, awful experience. Dave recommended that I price my property way above comps and then recommended that I engage in a series of price cuts. I basically wasted my time, had my home on the market for months, and then ended up having to rent my home. The kicker is that the contract is a long term deal. You are stuck with him for the term (six months in my case) and if you cancel you get the privilege of having to pay for showing that he doesn't attend (no, you will not get detailed feedback from showing from him. It's a lock box).

A few weeks ago, Dave had several fantastic properties listed for rent that myself and my roommates were extremely excited about. I contacted him multiple times for days on several different sites (including his own company site), but never once heard a response. It wasn't until I was forced to go out of my way and call his personal office (to then be transferred to him) that I was able to even speak to him. When we finally got in touch with him, he turned us down almost immediately on the grounds that we were college students and the owners probably "wouldn't like that." I'm not saying Dave is a bad guy, he's probably great, but the inaccessibility and lack of opportunity was a real stressor to our apartment hunt.
