When I first met with David I was getting ready to move across the country and needed to sell in a hurry. David reviewed the comps and recommended that we list slightly below market value to drive in potential buyers. I was a little hesitant at first but after thinking about it, it seemed like a good idea so I bumped up the list price slightly from what he recommended and listed it. Within the first 10 days of listing i had 6 showings and had received an offer but it was slightly lower than asking. David suggested countering the offer and meeting the buyer in the middle and the buyer accepted.
