Dave was a pleasure to work with. We looked at two houses before we found the one for me. His timeliness was the very reason I was able to close on my house! The first day it went on the market, Dave sent me the listing and we went and looked at it that evening and put an offer in! Dave really cares about his clients. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to first-time home buyers, like myself! He helped me better understand the process and walked me through every step.
