I was impressed with Dave Van Nus from the first time I met him. He was very experienced and knowledgeable about the real estate process and the financial aspects of selling my property. It was very stressful with the changing market and increase in interest rates but Dave still got us more than our listing price. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.

Dave was AMAZING! Consistently went WAY above and beyond, always making us feel like we were his only clients. And he did some creative negotiating to not only get us the deal, but he also saved us a bunch of money at closing. HIGHLY recommend!
