After interviewing several agents to sell my brothers house I chose Dave Stein as he started working before I offered him the position. Dave was AMAZING!!!!!! As first time home buyers I can admit that me and my husband didnt know anything about buying a house. Dave was patient the whole time and answered any and all questions we had(even the dumb ones??). He helped us through the whole process and was always there for us! We seriously cant recommend him enough! The day that we closed on our house, he replaced a filter in our furnace room for us, cleaned up some water we found behind the fridge, and that night I went to clean the fridge and we found a case of beer, a bottle of wine, and some sprite in there!
