He stood out because he was personable, professional, appeared trustworthy and we could tell he knew the business inside and out. He also didn't over commit to get the business. He said what he could do and the reasons why and he kept every promise. My house had good bones, major problems and no updates. During our first meeting he surprised me by telling me some minor but important things he noticed on the outside that required fixing before walking in to meet me. After taking a walk through my home, he devised a plan so that I would have minimal repair cost. I hired him and thankfully, I followed his plan. I received an all cash offer for the selling price and no inspection on the first day it went on the market. My house sold within two weeks. I am forever grateful because I moved to another state and while I was nervous about leaving everything with Dave to handle, I trusted him and his ability to get the job done. He was truly a Godsend. My sister is highly impressed with Dave and recently referred friends that moved to Arizona to Dave to help them purchase a home. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
