ZillowVERIFIEDI couldnt believe how Dave fought for me in a negotiation dispute over a signed contract on a property I purchased. He put what was right over getting paid quickly. He spoke up and demanded accountability when the seller tried to strong arm the deal. In the end everything turned out very well but I really dont think it would have if Id have used another realtor. I will NEVER use another realtor. Knowing hes got my back on such a large transaction is worth more than anything else I could consider in choosing a representative

ZillowVERIFIEDWe have used Dave twice, once when we purchased the house and the second time when we sold it. First experience was positive, as indicated in my original review from 3 years ago. This time around it was a complete disaster. From waiting for over a month for initial "home literature", to limited feedback on showings, (only when asked) to finally Dave not attending our closing, as he had "other" commitments. All we heard was bunch of excuses. Honestly, I can't recommend Dave as he was virtually absent during our listing. It seemed that he was overextended and spend most of his time with buyers living us at the mercy of "internet listing". Even promises of "open house" and our multiple requests for one, where never completed. I believe that by choosing Dave I lost between $25K and $50K. At the end we had no choice as we were moving out of state which Dave was fully aware off. We will not use nor recommend Dave again.
