We have used Dave twice, once when we purchased the house and the second time when we sold it. First experience was positive, as indicated in my original review from 3 years ago. This time around it was a complete disaster. From waiting for over a month for initial "home literature", to limited feedback on showings, (only when asked) to finally Dave not attending our closing, as he had "other" commitments. All we heard was bunch of excuses. Honestly, I can't recommend Dave as he was virtually absent during our listing. It seemed that he was overextended and spend most of his time with buyers living us at the mercy of "internet listing". Even promises of "open house" and our multiple requests for one, where never completed. I believe that by choosing Dave I lost between $25K and $50K. At the end we had no choice as we were moving out of state which Dave was fully aware off. We will not use nor recommend Dave again.

Dave was the best real estate agent we've ever worked with! He responded quickly when we were seeking out an agent and did an awesome job presenting our home on HAR. He hires an excellent photographer to get the best pictures of your home and it really makes your home stand out online. He always replied promptly when we had questions and he worked hard throughout the entire process--we got a contract on our home in less than 1 day after going live on HAR! I met Dave about 10 years ago when he was a general contractor. We were remodeling the home we had just bought, and Dave and his subs did a substantial amount of work for us. Soon after that Dave transitioned into real estate sales. When we began purchasing investment properties, we came to Dave for help. Dave was awesome. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone who is either trying to buy a home or sell a home. We actually used Dave for both. He is extremely responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and just an overall great guy. This quick little story pretty much sums up Dave: My wife and I moved to Nebraska and were trying to sell our house in The Woodlands. My wife and I were just starting new jobs, trying to find a new house, and adjusting to life in Omaha and really didn't have much time to mess with our house in Texas. When an inspector came through, they found quite a few issues with the house and Dave really helped put things into perspective for us on what we should definitely fix vs what we could probably negotiate more on. Not only that, he took the initiative to get numerous quotes from numerous different companies for us. Dave went way above and beyond what we expected both when we were buying the house and then when we sold the house. Highly, highly recommend.
