Dave was amazing! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a property. He communicated with me consistently and kept me apprised every step along the way. Dave made the buying process so simple! We were having to travel 4 hours one way to view homes and he ensured none of our time was wasted. He offered to to video tours of homes and did all of the leg work for setting up the inspection and other things for us as we were not in the immediate area. He answered all of our questions and helped us find a home we love. We had a very short amount of time (3 months) to find a home with very specific terms and Dave helped us find a house, negotiate the terns, and seal the deal in less than 2 months! He even offered to personally help my husband unpack if we needed help. Very personable! I only have positive things to say about Dave!
