I had been trying to sell a big tract of land with a newer 5 bedroom house on this property for 10 years and David was able to sell this very complex property with a lot of easements, right of ways, various gas companies with different owners in 1 year!! Yes, I had tried several different agents, but David got the job done that no one else could!! He literally did the impossible!!! Hes the best at what he does and a top notch negotiator!! He can solve any problem that arises and quick with an idea to solve a that problem. After my property sold , he found a beautiful house along the Allegheny River for my new home!

Dave is very detail oriented.When viewing the townhouse we were selling, he went and suggested some upgrades and improvements to make it more appealing to the potential buyers.Dave was very knowledgeable and answered emails quickly and always had the answer to all the many questions we asked.He was always on time for the meetings and many showings and made sure that we were always kept informed as to the status of selling the townhouse.
