From day one I felt as though we were in very capable hands. We were selling a property from out of state, and so communication was key. Dave, Amber and Madeline were easy to reach when I had questions, were flawless in their follow up, and were very forthright in sharing their years of knowledge and expertise when issues came up throughout the course of the escrow. Dave Knight and his team did an incredible job helping me sell my father's house after he passed away. His strategies were spot on for what to fix on the house, how to price it, and the process to list it, show it, and collect and negotiate offers. Net result was that we got many multiple offers on the property and ended up closing with a motivated buyer at a great price. His operations team is professional, responsive, patient, and extremely competent. Their vendor network is excellent, including cleaning out the house (balancing estate sale vs. donation vs. landfill), making key repairs that maximized impact per dollar spent, and staging the property beautifully. They even had a vendor that helped me sell multiple cars with a very reasonable split of the proceeds. I live in a different city and Dave's team handled everything locally while we coordinated via phone and email. Losing a parent is difficult, and taking care of their affairs makes it even harder.
